Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute precision assembly and finishing operations on small components in accordance with product and process specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional quality checks; identify and report non-conformances and participate in root‑cause resolution.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment and simple tooling, ensuring correct setup and calibration where required.
  • Follow documented standard operating procedures, work instructions and cleanroom/EHS rules to guarantee product integrity.
  • Record production data and inspection results accurately in digital or paper formats; support traceability requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, waste reduction, process optimisation) and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with team members, technical staff and quality to meet daily production targets and maintain throughput.
  • Participate in basic maintenance, cleaning and stocking of workstations and tools.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or apprenticeship in watchmaking, micromechanics, precision mechanics or equivalent industrial training.
  • Proven manual dexterity and ability to work with very small components under magnification.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules.
