Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment for small‑batch, high‑precision manufacturing tasks, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform precision assembly, finishing and packing of components or finished goods with meticulous attention to surface quality and aesthetics.
  • Carry out in‑process and final quality inspections; identify, document and escalate non‑conformities to maintain traceability and product integrity.
  • Maintain workstations in accordance with 5S and GMP/ISO procedures; ensure cleanliness and safe handling of sensitive materials.
  • Execute simple preventive maintenance and calibration checks on assigned equipment; report mechanical faults and collaborate with technicians.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, production schedules and traceability records while meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting process inefficiencies and suggesting practical optimisations.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification (e.g., CAP/BEP) or equivalent in mechanical production, industrial assembly, watchmaking, jewellery or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrable manual dexterity and fine motor skills; proven ability to work on small, detailed components.
  • Familiarity with quality control and traceability practices; ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
