Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the operational management system through structured observation, improvement area identification, and comprehensive improvement planning
- Standardize lean tools across departments and implement structured problem-solving methodology (8D method) consistently
- Organize, animate, and participate in lean projects (VSM, 5S, and related initiatives) to establish departmental lean application standards
- Plan and facilitate Lean Manufacturing training sessions and provide ongoing coaching support to staff
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English language capability
- Strong organizational and proactive approach to problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience or strong foundational understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and operational improvement projects. Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or process optimization initiatives is beneficial.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification required. Formal training or certification in lean manufacturing methodologies is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,000 per month.
