Richemont seeks an M&A Intern in Bellevue, Switzerland to support corporate development projects in luxury goods acquisitions and integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the M&A team in the review of potential investment opportunities through preparation of company profiles and investment memos to inform go/no-go decisions
- Assist in financial and valuation analysis depending on deal type and stage of target development
- Contribute to the management of key M&A and integration projects, including organization of meetings, preparation of materials and analysis
- Consolidate and manage proprietary intelligence resources, including regular updates of transaction and trading comparable multiples
- Monitor relevant M&A news, market insights, and competitor updates in the luxury goods sector, preparing alerts and updates for management
- Attend relevant meetings, take minutes, and ensure completion of follow-up actions
Qualifications
- Master's student in Finance, Business Administration, or Management specialization with minimum GPA 3.65/4 or equivalent
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of corporate finance and valuation
- Highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication abilities
- Team player with rigorous attention to detail and reliability
- Knowledge of and strong interest in the luxury goods industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent in English
- Valid internship agreement with school or university
- Discretion, absolute trust, and commitment to confidentiality required

Experience
Previous internship experience in finance is considered a strong advantage; familiarity with M&A processes or luxury sector exposure is beneficial but not required.
Education
Master's degree candidate in Finance, Business Administration, or Management (minimum GPA 3.65/4 or equivalent).
