Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments, including preparation of deal materials and transaction documentation.
- Build, maintain and stress-test detailed financial models to support valuations, scenario analysis and investment memos.
- Conduct industry, market and competitor research to inform diligence and strategic assessment.
- Coordinate and manage data room activity, liaising with external advisers and internal stakeholders during due diligence.
- Prepare clear, polished presentations and management reports for senior leadership and deal teams.
- Assist with integration planning and post‑transaction performance tracking where required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable academic excellence and rigorous analytical ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with capacity to produce executive-level presentations.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Experience
Previous internship experience or project work in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or transaction advisory is highly desirable; coursework or case work in corporate finance and valuation is acceptable for junior candidates.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
