Richemont — Merchandising Coordinator (temporary) in Dubai. Support merchandise planning, inventory and sales analysis for the regional merchandising team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the regional merchandising team in day-to-day commercial operations, including SKU maintenance, pricing and product allocation.
- Produce and deliver timely sales, inventory and sell‑through reports to inform replenishment and promotional decisions.
- Assist with assortment planning, open‑to‑buy monitoring and replenishment recommendations to optimize in‑season performance.
- Maintain product master data and pricing in the ERP; ensure accuracy of product files, barcodes and online listings.
- Coordinate with retail stores, wholesale partners, visual merchandising and supply‑chain teams to facilitate launches and stock movements.
- Contribute to promotional planning and post‑promotion analysis to assess effectiveness and margin impact.
- Support ad‑hoc commercial projects and cross‑functional initiatives as assigned by the buying/planning manager.
Qualifications
- Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting; confident use of pivot tables and basic macros.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing actionable recommendations from sales and inventory data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of collaborating across functions and geographies.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commercial awareness of retail KPIs and margin drivers.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in merchandising, buying support, retail planning or a comparable commercial role within luxury retail, watches, jewelry or fashion is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, Fashion Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
