Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement stock allocation strategies for regular operations and boutique openings using relevant planning tools
  • Lead the planning and arrangement of fair packs, including delivery schedules and circulation plans
  • Coordinate end-to-end stock transfers, including SAP registrations, product data extraction, transfer accuracy monitoring, and logistics coordination
  • Provide operational support to other teams for boutique openings, commercial events, and non-commercial initiatives

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in merchandising or related function
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PC skills
  • Experience with SAP, BI analysis, Power BI, or other ERP systems (preferred)
  • Business fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach and excellent communication skills in multicultural environments
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
