Richemont seeks a Merchandiser/SAP Key User in Miami for a 6‑month assignment. Regional merchandising and SAP support for Latin America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own regional merchandising planning for Latin America: assortment definition, allocation, replenishment and markdown management across channels.
  • Act as the SAP key user for the region — support configuration, master‑data integrity, local rollouts, user training and first‑line troubleshooting.
  • Produce and distribute regular commercial and inventory reports, sales vs. plan analysis and KPI dashboards to regional and HQ stakeholders.
  • Coordinate stock movements, opening/closing inventory reconciliations and ad hoc investigations with logistics and stores.
  • Participate in commercial calendar execution: new launches, promotions, pricing & campaign coordination with marketing and wholesale teams.
  • Test system changes, participate in UAT, document process flows and propose continuous improvement measures to streamline merchandising processes.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (finance, supply chain, retail operations, IT) to ensure accurate forecasting and timely product availability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail or brand merchandising with responsibility for assortment, allocation and inventory control.
  • Demonstrable experience acting as an SAP key user or super‑user in a retail/omnichannel environment.
  • Strong analytical proficiency, comfortable building and interpreting commercial reports and KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural teams.
  • Fluent business proficiency in English; ability to operate effectively across Latin American markets is advantageous.
  • Availability for a fixed six‑month assignment based in Miami with possible regional travel within LATAM.

Experience
