Richemont Merchandise Display Manager – Tokyo. Lead visual merchandising and retail operations for luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of window displays and in-store visual presentations aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Manage merchandise placement, stock rotation, and inventory levels to optimize product visibility and sales performance
- Train and supervise visual merchandising team members on display standards and brand presentation techniques
- Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to implement promotional initiatives and brand storytelling
- Monitor competitor visual strategies and industry trends to ensure the location remains competitive and relevant
- Conduct regular quality audits of display areas to maintain luxury retail standards and brand consistency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail visual merchandising or display management, preferably within the watch, jewelry, or accessories sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual communication principles
- Proficiency in retail merchandising software and POS systems
- Excellent eye for detail and spatial design
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is essential

Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail merchandising, visual presentation, or store operations management
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree in retail management, business administration, or design preferred
