Cartier – Media Project Manager Intern, Paris. 6-month paid internship managing PAN media campaigns across digital and print channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of media briefs and coordinate with agencies and media partners
- Prepare asset briefs and manage timely delivery of creative elements to media partners
- Prepare and validate all necessary elements for posting online campaigns, including tracking files and campaign naming conventions
- Validate preview links and monitor digital campaign performance in collaboration with media agencies
- Prepare and track campaign reports and performance metrics
- Validate quarterly press plans and manage creative asset variations for out-of-home sites
- Maintain and update visual references in media buying tools (Bumblebee)
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor key competitors' media moves
- Organize team meetings and manage appointments with PAN Plan partners
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of business school or on a gap year
- Master 1 or Master 2 level student
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in French (written and spoken preferred)
Skills
Experience
Academic experience in marketing, communications, media planning, or business; familiarity with digital and traditional media campaigns is advantageous
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
