Role & Responsibilities

• Support the communications and media teams with day-to-day media relations activities, including press list upkeep and distribution of press materials.
• Create, edit and prepare multimedia content for social channels and internal platforms — photos, short video clips and copy.
• Monitor media coverage and social conversations; compile media reports and basic analytics for campaign evaluation.
• Assist with coordination of press events, interviews and influencer activations, including logistics and on-site support when required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand and editorial consistency across channels.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing briefing notes, maintaining asset libraries and updating content calendars.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; professional working proficiency in French is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable interest in luxury brand communications, editorial content and digital storytelling.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across international teams and to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and media monitoring techniques.

Experience

Internship-level role suitable for students or recent graduates; prior internship or project experience in communications, PR, social media or content production is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or a closely related field.
