Richemont seeks a Media Coordinator Intern in Paris to support media relations, monitoring and reporting across its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of media activity across Richemont maisons, liaising with in-house teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of media plans.
  • Monitor press and broadcast coverage, aggregate media clippings and maintain a media archive for reporting purposes.
  • Draft and format media reports, performance summaries and press lists for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of press materials, media kits and briefing documents for launches and events.
  • Contribute to budget tracking for media campaigns and document invoice reconciliation with the finance team.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the media team, including meeting coordination and supplier follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational ability with a meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French and good command of English are highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate media coverage into concise performance insights.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and eager to learn media monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Team-oriented attitude, professional demeanour and interest in the luxury sector.

Experience

Internship-level role; prior internship or up to 12 months' experience in media, PR or communications is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or equivalent.
