Richemont in Paris seeks a Media Assistant Intern (PAN) to support pan‑European media planning, campaign execution and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the pan‑European media team in day‑to‑day campaign execution across paid search, social and programmatic channels.
- Prepare and QA campaign trafficking (tags, creatives, audiences) in collaboration with media agencies and internal markets.
- Compile and maintain media calendars, budget trackers and vendor invoices.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting; analyse KPIs and surface optimisation opportunities.
- Draft briefs, recaps and post‑mortem analyses for cross‑market campaigns.
- Coordinate asset requests with creative teams and ensure timely delivery of ad units.
- Contribute to ad hoc research projects and market benchmarking to inform media strategy.
- Manage administrative tasks for the media team, including meeting coordination and stakeholder follow‑ups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business or a related discipline.
- Practical understanding of digital media fundamentals (paid social, search, programmatic).
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear briefs and reports.
