Cartier Singapore seeks Media & PR Intern to support communications for luxury jewelry brand; 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support media team in archiving media assets and coordinating with production agencies to manage print, digital, social, and retail partner content in alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines
- Monitor and consolidate media clippings and industry trend reports; prepare monthly media schedules for internal communications
- Track daily editorial coverage, file systematically, and dispatch real-time news and coverage reports to headquarters
- Coordinate event logistics and security processes for photoshoots and PR events, including loan facilitation, transportation, and on-site product handling for high-value jewelry items
- Update and maintain master databases, retrieve and classify press files, and manage press room inventory including magazine archives and gifting materials
- Perform administrative support duties and provide on-site event support as needed
