Richemont Media & Digital Manager role in Miami—oversee integrated digital marketing and media strategy for luxury brand portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated media and digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
- Manage digital channels including website, social media platforms, and email marketing to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Oversee media buying, vendor relationships, and budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned media
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and digital analytics to optimize return on investment and inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related field within luxury retail or fashion industry
- Advanced proficiency with digital analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy and community management
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and e-commerce environments
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, media management, or communications within luxury retail, fashion, or selective retailing environments, demonstrating progressive responsibility in strategy development and campaign execution.
Education
