Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechatronic and electronic systems for luxury timepieces and jewelry components
- Conduct research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies applicable to horological mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including watchmakers, designers, and manufacturing specialists
- Prototype and test innovative solutions to enhance product performance and durability
- Document technical specifications and maintain R&D project records
- Contribute to intellectual property development and patent applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in mechanical and electronic systems design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming
- Understanding of luxury manufacturing and precision engineering standards

Experience
3–7 years of professional experience in mechatronics, electronics engineering, or related R&D environments, preferably within the luxury goods, horological, or high-precision manufacturing sectors.
Education
Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent advanced technical qualification.
