Richemont is recruiting a Mechanical Polishing Specialist in Les Breuleux to manage precision surface finishing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated mechanical polishing equipment and machinery
- Execute polishing processes to achieve luxury-grade surface finishes according to technical specifications
- Monitor surface quality and uniformity throughout the polishing workflow
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on polishing equipment
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize polishing techniques
