Richemont MCC Director
Richemont is hiring an MCC Director in Seoul to lead multi-channel commerce, retail operations and market growth across its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the market-level multi-channel commerce (MCC) strategy to maximise sales, margin and client retention across retail, wholesale and digital channels.
- Own P&L targets for the Korea market; build forecasts, translate group objectives into local commercial plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including retail operations, e‑commerce, client services, visual merchandising and local marketing to ensure a consistent omnichannel client experience.
- Manage and develop senior direct reports; recruit talent, set objectives, run performance reviews and deliver capability-building programs.
- Coordinate assortment, pricing and inventory allocation decisions with regional merchandising and supply-chain teams to optimise sell-through.
- Implement and scale clienteling and CRM programmes to deepen high-value client relationships and drive repeat spending.
- Act as the primary liaison with regional headquarters and global functions to localise initiatives, ensure brand integrity and accelerate go-to-market execution.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, compliance with brand standards and rigorous use of sales and performance analytics.
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership in luxury retail or multi‑brand environments, ideally with responsibility for omnichannel P&L.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering growth in retail and e‑commerce channels within the Korean market or comparable APAC markets.
- Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, margin management, assortment planning and inventory optimisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working across centralised brand teams and distributed retail networks.
- Advanced interpersonal and coaching abilities; experience building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.

Experience
Typically requires 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, multi‑channel commerce or market leadership roles, including demonstrable P&L responsibility and experience operating within the Korean or wider APAC luxury market.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
