Richemont seeks experienced Polisher in Pre-Saint-Gervais, France. Polishing specialist role for luxury watches and jewelry finishing with 5+ years required experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute precision polishing and degreasing of watches and jewelry components for multiple luxury maisons within the Richemont portfolio
  • Operate and maintain specialized workshop equipment including polishing stations, sandblasters, degreasing tanks, and electroplating systems
  • Perform quality control verification throughout the finishing process to ensure adherence to exacting luxury standards
  • Collaborate within a multifunctional team, supporting colleagues across various polishing and finishing operations
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical refinement of finishing techniques
  • Maintain comprehensive workshop documentation and traceability of finished components

Qualifications

  • CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) or equivalent professional diploma in jewelry finishing, horology, or artisanal crafts
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in polishing, finishing, or surface treatment operations
  • Proven expertise in precision finishing of precious metals and luxury components
  • Knowledge of electroplating (rhodiage) and laser finishing techniques preferred, though internal training is available
