Role & Responsibilities
- Execute advanced goldsmith techniques including laser welding, flame soldering, assembly, and finishing with precision and consistency
- Maintain and safely operate laboratory tools and workshop equipment in accordance with health and safety protocols
- Ensure rigorous quality control and optimal surface finishing of all pieces before completion
- Meet production timelines and prioritize work according to project specifications and atelier demands
- Collaborate effectively with workshop team members and proactively report technical anomalies or material concerns
Qualifications
- Multiple years of professional experience as a Master Goldsmith in high jewelry or luxury sectors
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced goldsmith techniques including laser welding, flame soldering, assembly, and finishing
- Exceptional manual dexterity, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment with demonstrated reliability and proactive engagement
- Diploma or professional qualification in goldsmithing and jewelry making (preferred)
- Specialized experience in high jewelry or designer jewelry production (preferred)

Compensation
