Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement master data governance frameworks and policies across Richemont's organization
- Monitor data quality standards and establish metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
- Design and maintain master data architecture supporting enterprise operations
- Lead data integration initiatives and rationalization projects
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify data quality gaps and remediation opportunities
- Provide technical guidance on data management tools and platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in master data management (MDM) platforms and tools
