Role & Responsibilities
- Govern and maintain product, supplier and catalogue master data across ERP/MDM systems to ensure accuracy and completeness for all maisons.
- Define and enforce master data standards, validation rules and lifecycle processes in collaboration with brand and central teams.
- Operate as primary liaison between business stakeholders (product, supply chain, retail, IT) to resolve data issues and drive corrective actions.
- Lead data quality monitoring, perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce data exceptions.
- Support ERP/MDM projects and system rollouts, including requirements definition, UAT support and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Prepare and present regular KPIs and governance reports to senior stakeholders; maintain data stewardship documentation and training materials.
- Coach and mentor junior data stewards; coordinate with external service providers where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
- Demonstrable knowledge of master data management principles, data governance frameworks and data lifecycle processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams and to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem‑solving capability.
- Prior experience supporting ERP/MDM implementation projects and conducting user acceptance testing.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in master data, ERP data stewardship or supply‑chain data roles, including hands‑on system management and at least some exposure to project delivery and stakeholder leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering or a closely related field.
