Vacheron Constantin, a Richemont luxury horology maison founded in 1755, seeks a Marketing Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across its Tokyo marketing department. The role encompasses communications, CRM operations, retail marketing coordination, and general administrative functions, offering exposure to all facets of luxury watchmaking brand management and the opportunity to deepen marketing expertise whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team with proofreading press releases, PR materials, and articles; manage media agency relationships, clipping services, and media archives
- Coordinate with the Client Relation Center to manage customer collateral and gift distribution; liaise with CRM and retail teams to support VIC treatment planning
- Assist with event planning and execution, prepare event materials, and provide store design and visual merchandising documentation and resources
- Execute administrative duties including vendor registration, invoice processing, and shipping supply management; prepare marketing team reports for headquarters submission
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency
- Business-level English language proficiency
- Experience in marketing administration, CRM support, or similar roles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively solve problems
Skills
Experience
