Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time launches across channels and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including brand, retail, digital, product and external agencies to translate strategic briefs into executable plans.
  • Own project governance: define scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation and quality control for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets and vendor contracts; monitor spend and ensure commercial discipline against agreed forecasts.
  • Develop clear creative and production briefs, review deliverables for brand consistency and compliance with maison guidelines.
  • Track campaign performance with relevant KPIs; produce regular status reports and post-campaign analyses to inform optimisation.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, roadmaps and asset registries; facilitate steering committees and approval workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable.
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and external agency partners within a brand-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable budget and vendor management experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced luxury context.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; postgraduate studies or project management certification preferred.
