Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Marketing Performance & BI Operations Analyst in Paris to lead reporting transformation and tool optimization for the luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate BI and data development projects by scoping business requirements, managing stakeholder alignment with Data and IT teams, and overseeing testing phases
- Ensure reliability of BI tools, manage user access requests and account provisioning, track incident resolution with Data and IT teams, and maintain documentation of KPIs, data sources, and best practices
- Serve as primary reference point for end users, promote tool adoption through team training and accompaniment, centralize user feedback, and facilitate coordination meetings with Marketing, Data, IT, and key-user community
- Contribute to marketing performance analyses, identify business evolution opportunities, and prepare comprehensive syntheses to clarify data and analytical insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a data or business analyst with strong interest in luxury and jewelry sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or demonstrated interest in coding
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong prioritization and stakeholder management abilities
