IWC Schaffhausen seeks an experienced Marketing Manager in Taipei to drive brand strategy and customer growth across Taiwan's luxury watch market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the Taiwan market in alignment with global and regional objectives, supporting brand presence and customer recruitment across boutique networks
- Lead the planning and execution of product launch campaigns, securing necessary regional and global approvals while managing creative briefs, timelines, and delivery frameworks
- Implement marketing initiatives across all channels to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and commercial objectives, measuring KPIs and ROI to inform continuous optimization
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by strengthening LINE CRM capabilities, data utilization, and customer engagement journeys across owned, paid, and earned channels
- Oversee omni-channel communication strategies and manage media agencies to execute the annual media plan, optimizing digital investment and identifying new platforms that generate measurable boutique traffic
- Develop and execute boutique traffic-driving actions and VIP activations in close collaboration with the Commercial team, retail partners, and strategic external stakeholders including banks, insurers, malls, and luxury brands
- Oversee the creation and distribution of local PR content, including press materials and storytelling assets, to maintain consistent brand voice and maximize media coverage across institutional and product topics
- Monitor store visual merchandising and brand expression standards, ensuring consistency with campaign storytelling and alignment with global guidelines; support retail development initiatives including boutique upgrades and openings
- Manage marketing and events budgets, closely monitoring utilization and collaborating with internal stakeholders for accurate forecasting and resource optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally within the luxury goods sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR strategies
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese proficiency is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team management skills with a collaborative and cross-functional approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

10 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, public relations, or communications roles, ideally within the luxury sector. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing multichannel campaigns, and driving brand growth in competitive luxury markets. Prior experience managing agency partners, leading digital initiatives, and executing customer recruitment programs is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
