Richemont is hiring a Marketing Manager in Sydney to lead brand and retail marketing for the local APAC market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand and retail marketing strategies that drive awareness, desirability and commercial outcomes across the local market and broader APAC region.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR, events and partnerships), ensuring brand consistency and ROI measurement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies, providing creative briefings, performance oversight and budget governance.
- Oversee local PR, influencer and experiential programmes, collaborating with global communications teams to adapt flagship initiatives for the Sydney market.
- Own marketing budgets and financial forecasts; optimise media spend and trade investments to maximise sales and margin contribution.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including retail, wholesale, ecommerce, product and regional leadership to align go-to-market plans and enrich the client experience.
- Use market and customer insight to shape assortment positioning, promotional calendars and localised content strategies.
- Mentor and develop internal marketing talent, and where applicable, manage direct reports or contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent; a master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in marketing within luxury goods, premium consumer brands or retail, with demonstrable campaign ownership.
- Experience managing agency partners, media planning and budget responsibility.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across retail, wholesale and product teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high standard of presentation and brand stewardship.

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments. Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns, external agencies and marketing budgets; experience in APAC markets or regional remit preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related discipline; advanced degree (Master’s/MBA) preferred but not mandatory.
