IWC Marketing Intern (6 months, Singapore) supporting CRM campaigns and events across Southeast Asia within the Richemont group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conceptualization and coordination of marketing events and boutique activations across Southeast Asia, including seasonal campaigns for Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and holiday seasons
- Assist in designing and executing CRM activations and clienteling campaigns that drive sales performance in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia
- Source, organize, and coordinate the distribution of customer gifts for key calendar moments, ensuring timely and seamless delivery to boutique teams
- Communicate gifting materials, campaign instructions, and promotional content to boutique teams in an organized and engaging manner
- Provide onsite event support including setup coordination, attendee registration, food and beverage logistics, and post-event information consolidation
- Consolidate post-event data including attendance records, return on investment analysis, and photographic documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Quick decision-maker with responsive communication and proactive approach to task management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, Swiss watchmaking, or the fine timepiece sector
Skills
Experience
Recent graduate or final-year student with an interest in luxury retail, hospitality management, or marketing. Any previous experience in event coordination, boutique operations, or customer relationship management is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or equivalent field.
