Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of brand and product marketing campaigns for the Les Cabinotiers offering, including timelines, budgets and stakeholder coordination.
- Produce and adapt marketing content: assist with copywriting, image selection, layout checks and simple retouching for digital and print assets.
- Manage day‑to‑day social media activities: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and help prepare content calendars in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to CRM and client communications: prepare mailing materials, update client lists and support targeted outreach for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Assist in the organisation and on‑site execution of events, client appointments and internal launches, liaising with boutiques, ateliers and external suppliers.
- Maintain the digital asset library and marketing collateral repository; ensure all assets are tagged, versioned and compliant with brand standards.
- Perform market and competitor research, compile trend reports and support KPI reporting and campaign performance analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting preparation, minutes and follow‑up on action points.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in haute horlogerie or luxury goods, with sensitivity to craftsmanship and product storytelling.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Discreet and professional approach when handling client information and internal communications.
- Proactive mindset, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in marketing, communications, retail or within a luxury environment is desirable but not mandatory. The role suits a candidate seeking hands‑on exposure to high‑end watchmaking marketing activities.
