Richemont seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Madrid to support Iberia regional campaign execution and brand initiatives across its luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns across Richemont's Iberia portfolio
- Coordinate marketing materials, content, and collateral for multiple luxury brands
- Liaise between regional teams and corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency and alignment
- Assist in event planning and activation coordination for boutiques and key accounts
- Monitor campaign performance and gather market insights to inform strategy refinement
- Manage marketing calendars and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination or similar support role within luxury retail or consumer brands
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with marketing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and campaign management tools

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, marketing operations, or related functions within luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods sectors; prior experience supporting regional or multi-brand marketing teams preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
