Richemont seeks a Marketing Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai on a fixed-term contract to coordinate regional luxury marketing campaigns and activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute regional marketing campaigns and local activations in line with global brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and third‑party suppliers (agencies, production, media) to ensure on-time, on‑brand delivery.
- Localise global creative assets and messaging for the UAE market, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance.
- Support product launches, store events and experiential programmes in collaboration with retail and PR teams.
- Produce campaign performance reports and basic marketing analytics to inform optimisation and ROI discussions.
- Act as the operational liaison between global marketing, regional teams and boutique retail managers.
- Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and approval workflows to guarantee brand consistency.
- Support ad-hoc communications tasks including copy review, brief preparation and material sign-off.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emiratis) — fixed-term role reserved for UAE nationals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches, high-jewelry or premium retail.
- Demonstrable experience managing agencies, vendors and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic highly desirable.
- Eligible to work in the UAE for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Experience
Minimum of approximately 2 years of progressive marketing or brand coordination experience, with prior exposure to luxury retail or premium consumer-facing brands strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent.
