Richemont Marketing Coordinator role in Dubai, UAE. Support luxury product launches, market analysis, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation and coordination of marketing action plans across Commercial, Communication, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Client Services, and Learning teams
- Coordinate product launches and monitor implementation across all relevant departments
- Prepare sales tools, product briefings, training materials, and competitive intelligence presentations
- Develop and support product launch plans and category activation strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance through monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and market activations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and business units on forecasting exercises
- Track product performance metrics and deliver key insights to stakeholders
- Support e-commerce implementation initiatives and address business requirements
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and exclusive offerings in partnership with Central Marketing teams
- Conduct market and competitive analysis across product categories
- Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and market dynamics
- Identify market opportunities and support strategic action plan recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, or Retail sectors
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset
