Role & Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department by applying academic knowledge to specific projects and business subjects
• Assist with administrative tasks and departmental operations
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data and intelligence to inform marketing and sales strategies
• Gather customer and market data to evaluate marketing activity performance
• Identify potential solutions by navigating organizational processes and procedures
• Contribute to the preparation of data analytics and reporting deliverables
• Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders by providing information on complex processes and policies
• Assist in the development and execution of tactical marketing campaigns
• Support team members through application of strategic planning systems and protocols
• Uphold and promote brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives
• Maintain awareness of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Sound understanding of straightforward administrative procedures and systems
• Ability to collect and interpret market data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems; very limited managerial experience expected.
