Richemont seeks a Marketing & Retail Operations Intern (Fragrance) in Singapore to support fragrance campaigns, retail execution and boutique events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the fragrance marketing team in planning and executing regional retail campaigns, launches and in-store activations.
- Coordinate production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, testers and merchandising fixtures for boutiques and wholesale partners.
- Assist with retail operations tasks including inventory follow-up, sample management and liaison with retail managers to ensure visual and commercial standards.
- Compile and analyse retail performance data and campaign KPIs; prepare succinct reports and presentation decks for regional stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support for boutique events, press previews and brand activations, including vendor coordination and guest management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, calendars and communication between marketing, sales and logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible availability to support occasional weekend or evening retail events.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, beauty/fragrance, luxury hospitality or marketing is advantageous; customer-facing roles that demonstrate client service and operational awareness are valued.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management or a related field.
