Richemont seeks a Marketing & Merchandising Senior Executive in Singapore to drive Watches & Accessories growth through commercial analysis and strategic merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and analyze weekly and monthly performance of in-range collections and new product launches, preparing regular business reports to evaluate category, collection and reference performance
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to support commercial decisions and address business challenges while monitoring key performance indicators and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting and buying activities across the Watches & Accessories categories, monitoring product performance, sell-out rates, inventory levels and stock health
- Perform assortment reviews and recommend stock rebalancing to maximize business opportunities in collaboration with the supply chain team
- Execute local market action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives and support major initiatives including product launches and strategic business projects
- Collaborate with Client, Communications and Creative Visual Experience teams to ensure successful product launches and optimal in-boutique visibility
- Regularly visit competitors to monitor market trends, product launches and client experience, gathering qualitative feedback from boutiques on product performance and client demand
- Identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities to strengthen category performance, acting as the key contact for boutique and cross-functional requests
- Organize regular business review meetings with boutique category owners to identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Adapt global product information for local markets, including pricing and competitor benchmarking, maintaining accurate product mapping tools and updating local pricing twice yearly
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, category management or business analytics
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using Looker
- Strong data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in merchandising, category management, or business analytics within the luxury goods, retail or fashion sector. Demonstrated success in analyzing product performance data, managing complex inventory systems, and driving commercial initiatives across multiple markets.
Education
Tertiary education in business, commerce, supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in a similar analytical or merchandising role may substitute for formal qualifications.
