Richemont Paris — Marketing & Merchandising Assistant (Internship, Watches) starting July 2026. Support merchandising, product launches and boutique coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Watches marketing and merchandising team in preparing seasonal assortments, sell‑in/sell‑through plans and product launch materials.
- Compile and analyse sales and inventory data to support assortment decisions and KPI tracking.
- Prepare presentation decks, visual merchandising briefs and point‑of‑sale materials for boutiques and wholesale partners.
- Coordinate sample logistics, stock movements and communications with ateliers, brand product teams and retail managers.
- Support competitive benchmarking, market research and consumer trend monitoring relevant to watchmaking.
- Contribute to the organisation of internal briefings, trade events and client‑facing activations as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management, Merchandising or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in horology and luxury goods; a visual sensibility for product presentation and brand codes.
- Effective communicator with collaborative working style across cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Past internship experience in retail, luxury goods, merchandising or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidate should be able to demonstrate project work or coursework relevant to merchandising, product launches or retail operations.
