Cartier Marketing & Merchandising Assistant internship, Paris, France. Join Cartier's Paris office for a 6-month internship supporting jewelry collection strategy, performance analysis, and retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and optimize weekly and monthly collection and boutique performance tracking tools and dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly synthetic commentary on sales and stock performance across the jewelry collection
  • Conduct ad hoc sales and inventory analyses to inform stock harmonization and assortment optimization recommendations
  • Develop and adapt point-of-sale support materials for France including product news, morning briefs, and supplementary content
  • Monitor competitive pricing positions and track competitor product launches and boutique developments
  • Build and maintain sales, stock, and assortment tracking tables by boutique for new product launches
  • Update bi-monthly newsletters presenting results and upcoming launches
  • Gather qualitative feedback from boutique ambassadors to inform assortment recommendations
  • Serve as daily product reference point for boutiques and headquarters office
  • Manage product information requests and support sales associates with product expertise
  • Collect field feedback and conduct ad hoc surveys to explain performance variations
  • Develop sales support tools including mapping documents, launch plans, and product books
  • Prepare meeting materials for ambassador meetings and action plans
  • Create activity summary presentations and reports
  • Coordinate documentation distributions to boutique network

Qualifications

  • Business School degree or equivalent in final year of study
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (skills will be tested during interview)
