Cartier seeks Marketing & Merchandising Accessories Intern in Paris—6-month role supporting luxury product launches and market strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize weekly and monthly performance tracking tools by collection and boutique location
- Develop synthetic performance commentary and analysis for stakeholder review
- Conduct ad hoc sales and inventory analysis to inform targeted assortment harmonization recommendations
- Develop, adapt, and deploy sales enablement tools (product news, morning briefs) for the French market
- Build and update new product sales tracking dashboards by boutique, category, and collection
- Produce and distribute bi-monthly newsletter highlighting results, upcoming launches, and boutique activations
- Collect qualitative feedback from boutique ambassadors on product reception and market response
- Serve as daily product reference point for boutiques and headquarters
- Manage product information requests and provide vendor support
- Conduct field feedback collection to explain performance variations and execute ad hoc surveys
- Develop sales support tools including launch planning, product mapping, and product documentation
- Prepare presentation materials for ambassador meetings and action plan reviews
- Synthesize activation results and insights for stakeholder reporting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business School or equivalent program
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (tested during interview)
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Commercial awareness and interpersonal relationship skills
- Project management experience
- Product sensitivity and luxury market knowledge preferred
- Rigorous, organized approach to work with proven ability to multitask
