Richemont in Meyrin seeks a Marketing & Communication Director to lead global brand strategy, integrated marketing and corporate communications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global marketing and corporate communications strategy to strengthen brand equity across channels and regions.
  • Develop integrated brand campaigns, storytelling and positioning in collaboration with creative, product and retail teams.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media strategy, content production and customer acquisition initiatives to accelerate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage public relations, media relations and reputation/corporate communications including crisis response protocols.
  • Direct internal communications and executive stakeholder messaging to align global teams and maison leadership.
  • Own budget planning, resource allocation and measurement frameworks; set KPIs and ensure campaign ROI and brand performance metrics are met.
  • Lead, mentor and grow a multi-disciplinary marketing & communications team and manage relationships with external agencies and production partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional leaders, product, retail and sustainability teams to ensure cohesive brand execution at market level.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in a senior marketing and communications role within luxury goods, fashion, watches or jewellery businesses.
  • Demonstrable experience building global brand strategies and running integrated campaigns across digital, retail and PR.
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience briefing and partnering with creative teams, agencies and executive leadership.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and setting performance metrics.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is expected and French is highly desirable.
  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing, diverse teams in an international environment.

Experience
