Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze and review emerging trends in the luxury industry, including competitive strategic movements and market dynamics
• Assist in the creation and redaction of in-depth reports on fashion and leather goods topics for Group and Maison executive leadership, including transversal analysis on specific products, categories, and brands
• Prepare ad-hoc market analysis and research addressing specific business needs across Richemont's maisons
• Draft and produce an internal newsletter distributed to over 3,000 employees
• Consolidate and synthesize information from diverse sources to support market research initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong passion for and understanding of the luxury industry with current market trend awareness
• Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) with strong analytical and research capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate and summarize information from varied sources
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and autonomous work capability
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid university internship agreement (mandatory requirement)
• Proactive mindset with demonstrated eagerness to learn

Skills

Experience

This is an internship role ideally suited for students or recent graduates with a strong interest in luxury market dynamics and fashion industry analysis. Prior experience in market research, business analysis, or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in a university program or recent graduate; a business, economics, fashion, or marketing-related degree is preferred.
