Manufacturing Project Controller (6-month fixed-term) at Richemont in Bellevue, Switzerland. Lead F&A harmonization across luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis collaborating with F&A teams to analyze manufacturing entities' financials, harmonize practices, ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, and support strategic decision-making
- Validate and communicate accounting changes, assisting F&A maisons in adopting harmonized standards including budget and forecasting methodologies
- Elevate industrial finance expertise by helping entities adopt Group frameworks, establish industrial setup structures, define and monitor KPIs, conduct benchmarking analyses, and challenge performance metrics
- Support change management by documenting new practices, conducting user training, facilitating implementation of new processes, and promoting best practice sharing across stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among F&A teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders; monitor project progress and report outcomes to management
- Travel punctually throughout Europe to support implementation efforts across manufacturing locations
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, audit, project finance, or similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Project management certification is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is preferred
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, audit, project finance, or comparable financial management roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience in the F&A sector is advantageous.
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a closely related discipline.
