Manufacturing Project Controller – 6-month assignment at Richemont's W&J Maisons in Bellevue. Lead financial harmonization and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial closing and reporting for the W&J industrial perimeter, analyzing operational highlights, cost structures, and manufacturing variances
- Contribute to consolidation and analytical review of financial data for budgets and reforecasts in alignment with Group guidelines
- Proactively identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and automate manual tasks
- Conduct ad-hoc financial and cost analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data reliability, quality, and automation within data models to support digital transformation and reporting optimization
- Participate in key standardization projects harmonizing industrial costing definitions across all W&J production entities
- Lead data collection and modeling to establish comparative benchmarks for Group manufacturing sites focusing on operational efficiency and cost competitiveness
- Develop high-quality analytical slides and dashboards to foster clear communication with diverse stakeholders across the Group and Maisons
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing/industrial controlling, audit, financial planning & analysis, or project finance
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost elements, standard costing, variance analysis, and industrial P&L structures
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel
- Strong knowledge of P&L cost structures based on standard costs and variance analysis
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing or industrial controlling, audit, financial planning & analysis, or project finance, ideally within the Watches & Jewelry, luxury, or high-end manufacturing sector.
Education
University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or similar discipline.
