Richemont in Meyrin seeks a Manufacturing Processes Definition & Integration Tech Team Lead to oversee process industrialization and systems integration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-disciplinary technical team responsible for defining, validating and industrializing manufacturing processes for watchmaking/jewellery/precision components.
  • Design and implement integration strategies between PLM, ERP and MES systems to ensure seamless data flow across development and production.
  • Translate product and prototype specifications into robust, repeatable manufacturing process definitions and work instructions.
  • Coordinate with R&D, industrialization, quality assurance and suppliers to pilot processes, manage CAPEX for tooling and oversee transfer to series production.
  • Define process validation protocols, control plans and KPIs; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement (DFX, OEE, poka-yoke).
  • Mentor and develop technical staff; manage resource allocation, project timelines and stakeholder reporting for industrialization programmes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing process definition and industrialization within precision or luxury goods manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in systems integration between PLM, ERP and MES platforms.
  • Solid understanding of quality and regulatory frameworks relevant to precision manufacturing (process validation, statistical process control).
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
