Richemont Manufacturing Process Optimization Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds—support operational efficiency and Lean initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing manufacturing processes and workflows
- Support the identification of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in production operations
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvement recommendations
- Collect and organize data on production metrics and quality indicators
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with production and engineering teams
- Prepare reports and visualizations documenting optimization findings
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related discipline
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies or Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization

Experience
Internship or academic project experience with process analysis, manufacturing operations, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
