Richemont seeks a Manufacture Visits Coordinator in Le Sentier to manage heritage facility tours and artisan experiences for clients and press.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all manufacture visits and heritage tours for clients, press, and stakeholder groups
- Liaise with artisan teams and production management to arrange optimal visit logistics and timing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across all facility tours
- Manage visitor databases and maintain accurate records of tour attendance and feedback
- Communicate directly with guests to address inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide pre-visit orientation
- Coordinate multilingual tour guides and support staff during visits
- Gather and analyze visitor feedback to continuously improve the experience
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of tour routes and common areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heritage tourism, facility management, or visitor experience coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages highly valued
- Knowledge of luxury brand heritage and artisanal manufacturing processes preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region

Experience
2–4 years of experience in visitor management, heritage tourism, hospitality coordination, or a related field within luxury or high-end service environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; hospitality, tourism management, or business administration certification preferred but not required.
