Role & Responsibilities

• Lead VIC client development at the Manufacture, ensuring exceptional treatment from initial contact through post-visit follow-up in close collaboration with market teams and headquarters departments
• Curate and prepare Manufacture visits tailored to each VIC client, including timepiece selection and experience design
• Present Grande Complication timepieces and articulate the artistry behind perpetual calendars, tourbillons, and minute repeaters under the guidance of the Head of VIC Development
• Manage day-to-day commercial operations of the Manufacture Lounge, including invoicing, customer service, strap management, stock inventory, and compliance
• Centralize and coordinate VIC Lounge visits with multiple internal stakeholders including Client Experience, CRM, and Hospitality teams
• Consolidate client data and insights to facilitate ongoing client follow-up and relationship management across markets
• Prepare commercial impact reporting on Manufacture Lounge performance and VIC client outcomes
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Lounge's ambiance, aesthetic, and client-facing environment
• Bridge technical mastery and emotional resonance by translating 190 years of horological heritage into compelling client narratives

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing premium client experiences and operational logistics in luxury retail or hospitality environments
• Proven track record in first-luxury retail with documented commercial success
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages highly advantageous
• Deep passion for Grande Complication watches and Haute Horlogerie
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and client relationship management systems
• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex horological concepts with elegance
• Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination skills

First luxury retail experience with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and premium commercial environments. Background in hospitality operations, client experience management, or luxury brand retail preferred. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong internal collaboration and sensitivity to multicultural environments.
