Richemont seeks a Manufacture Lounge Sales & Operations Manager in Le Sentier to lead retail operations and drive sales in a luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct sales strategy and revenue generation for the manufacture lounge, driving transaction value and customer acquisition
- Manage daily retail operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and space optimization
- Lead and mentor the sales and hospitality team, ensuring excellence in luxury customer service standards
- Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and personalized clienteling programs
- Monitor KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and team performance metrics
- Coordinate with brand marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain premium store environment, including product displays, cleanliness, and ambiance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-volume luxury retail operations or boutiques
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership and revenue optimization
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and clienteling practices
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced retail environments
- Experience with retail management systems (POS, inventory management software)
- Fluency in French and English required
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or prestige brand environments, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership or operations role.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary education in hospitality management, business administration, or luxury retail preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Le Sentier, Vaud, Switzerland, with easy access to Zurich.
