Richemont seeks an M&A Associate in Bellevue, WA to support corporate transactions, financial modelling and due diligence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end M&A execution including target screening, valuation, financial modelling and transaction structuring.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models, scenario analyses and valuation workstreams (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis).
- Manage and coordinate due diligence processes across finance, tax, legal and commercial teams; liaise with external advisors and data rooms.
- Draft executive-quality presentations and investment memoranda for the corporate development team and senior leadership.
- Perform industry and competitor research to inform strategic rationale, synergistic assessments and post-acquisition integration planning.
- Contribute to post-merger integration planning and commercial/financial tracking where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a closely related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of transaction experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or management consulting with demonstrated deal execution.
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques and preparing transaction deliverables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior executives and boards.
- High standards of accuracy, intellectual rigour and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams under tight deadlines.

Multiple years (typically 3+ years) of directly relevant experience executing M&A, carve-outs or strategic transactions within investment banking, corporate development, private equity or top-tier consulting environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA is advantageous.
