Richemont seeks a Managing Director to lead Northern European operations with strategic vision and luxury expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all business operations across Northern European markets
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within the region
- Oversee retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
- Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global brand positioning
- Build and mentor regional leadership team
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- Ensure brand compliance and luxury positioning standards across the region
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury goods sector or premium retail
- Proven track record leading regional or multi-country operations
- Strong understanding of Northern European markets and consumer behaviour
- Experience managing P&L at significant scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10–15 years in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods sector, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership role
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Retail Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
