Montblanc Managing Director Japan position in Tokyo: lead strategic sales planning, channel coordination, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish commercial targets and sales plans aligned with Maison strategies, ensuring achievement across all commercial channels
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the region, anticipating megatrends and complex challenges
- Manage business performance and accountability of direct reports, implementing corrective actions to balance short-term and long-term value
- Lead capability development and mentorship of direct reports to fulfill their potential
- Identify and engage strategic stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to facilitate business acquisition and retention
- Represent Montblanc at industry, institutional, and professional forums to promote brand positioning
- Oversee financial management and control strategy, quantifying business outcomes and resource budgets
- Develop and communicate organizational mission, vision, and values to inspire diverse workforce toward business goals
- Implement brand strategy and change management initiatives to support overall organizational strategy
