Richemont Manager, Repair & Maintenance position in Miami overseeing regional facilities operations and maintenance teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance and repair teams across assigned regional locations
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset longevity
- Coordinate emergency repairs and facility issues to ensure business continuity
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor performance for specialized repairs
