Montblanc – Manager, International Rewards & Performance in Hamburg, Germany. Lead global compensation and performance initiatives for luxury heritage brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies for Montblanc in alignment with Richemont Group directives
  • Lead and coordinate salary reviews and other compensation processes including bonuses and long-term incentives
  • Partner with Markets and headquarters departments to advise on rewards-related matters aligned to business priorities and local contexts
  • Provide competitive benchmarking and analyses of internal and external trends to inform strategic positioning
  • Spearhead rewards-related initiatives such as commission scheme alignment and equal pay programmes
  • Continuously assess benefits competitiveness and develop best practices in collaboration with the Group and Markets
  • Drive and support performance review processes with key stakeholders in talent management and learning & development
  • Generate insights and data to inform optimal decision-making on compensation and staff cost processes in coordination with HR Controlling
  • Champion international assignee mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in rewards or closely related function
  • Proven expertise in SAP HR, Workday, and compensation systems
  • Demonstrated experience with KPI creation and metrics analysis
  • Proficiency in employee cost management and budgeting
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural competencies
  • Experience designing international compensation frameworks
  • Advanced data analytics and reward modelling capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders within matrix organisations

Experience
